DV Cider House was established on a beautiful 42-acre property in the stunning valleys of the Macedon Ranges in 2014. DV Cider is obsessed with creating something different at their cider orchard, so they flipped cider psychology on its head by focussing on the flavour first. They experiment with real ingredients like hops, molasses, and coffee to create something truly unique. Australian handcrafted cider from the Macedon Ranges.

Fully St’Oaked (ABV 5.0%) – A crisp cultural collusion, oak n’apple fusion! Cider aged in French Oak. The result is a light tannin finish that offers more flavour complexity than your average tap cider.
